On Getting Started When You Don’t Feel Ready

Take the action and your feelings will change." ~ Barbara Baron Here's a great article & blog to follow: On Getting Started When You Don’t Feel Ready I'd also suggest for you to determine your why. What is the motivation for you to do something? Are you trying to lose weight for your health/appearance/etc? Are you going back to school to get a better job? You need to know WHY you're doing something, and the motivation will be there. Hang a picture of your family on the fridge to remind you that your good health is more important than that cherry pie inside, or tuck that same photo in your school backpack so you can look at it when you're struggling in a class & want to quit. You have the power to achieve your goals. Write down your why and take action.
